KAJI FACTORY PARK

About the shop

An industry tourism complex built in Kahoku by the Kaji Group, whose stated aim is “to put the energy back into Japanese textiles”. Alongside factory tours and workshops there is “79 COLLECTION”, a select shop carrying the work of makers from Noto and the wider Hokuriku region, and “79 KITCHEN”, a restaurant that buys its ingredients directly from growers in Ishikawa and Hokuriku.

They carry Inspice broadly — from every CHAInstant flavour through to Dish, Hot Spice and the cocoa. The curry at 79 KITCHEN is made with Spice Curry Symphony No.1. In September 2026 we were also able to hold an Inspice workshop here.
