A spice seasoning with no additives (NO MSG), entirely plant-based (100% PLANT BASED). The plants we use as spices and herbs bring out the ingredients and give the flavour its range, and they are full of what we need to live our days well.
The flavour of “Symphony No.1”
A proper spice curry that still tastes, to a Japanese palate, like something familiar. This is our ordinary spice curry, built to be eaten every day.
It suits chicken and pork above all, and a wide range of other ingredients. You can make chilli con carne or gaprao rice with it as well.

辛くなく、スパイスの香りたっぷりで美味しかったです。 炒める時にマスタードが思いのほか跳ねました。 シナモン、カルダモン、メースは食べる前に取り出しました。 ホールとパウダーで袋が別れているのが良かったです。 それぞれのスパイスの香りをたっぷり堪能できました。

レシピをみてチキンカレーを作りました！スパイスカレーを作るのは初めてでしたが、とっても美味しく出来ました。 少しだけ辛味が欲しかったので、旨辛を小さじ1/4くらい入れました。家族がもう少し辛い方が好きなので、次は1/3入れてみます。
