How the new CHAInstant flavours, Golden and Yomogi, came to be

We think of chai not simply as a warm drink, but as something that changes the quality of time through aroma.

Inspice CHAInstant is a chai series that takes the multi-layered aromatic structure woven by twelve spices as its base and lays one further ingredient carefully over it, so that each cup draws a different landscape.

In December 2025,
two new flavours joined that series.

A chai that draws light: Golden CHAInstant

Golden CHAInstant is
a chai built by laying the soft glow of turmeric and the round aroma of vanilla over the multi-layered aromatic structure of Inspice chai.

Turmeric is designed here not as colouring but as the central axis of aroma and taste. It is therefore blended in a generous proportion, even set against turmeric drinks in general.

A natural golden colour rises the moment it dissolves into milk.

Over it, the full aroma of fresh vanilla beans layers and melts into the warmth of the turmeric, and a gentle, calm drink is born.

The quiet, deep golden nuance that drifts through the city of Kanazawa.

A chai woven in green: Yomogi CHAInstant

Yomogi CHAInstant is
a herbal chai made by laying BLUMOGI's special yomogi (Japanese mugwort) over the twelve spices that shape Inspice chai.

The yomogi is grown mainly in Yanbaru, Okinawa, without pesticides or chemical fertilisers, following the rhythm of nature.

Processed carefully so that neither the purity of its aroma nor its vitality as a plant is lost, BLUMOGI's yomogi carries a clear green scent and a deep herbal finish.

That yomogi aroma falls naturally into harmony with the warmth of the spices, and each cup spreads a calm finish that seems to deepen the breath.

Yomogi CHAInstant was born as a chai that makes time for settling body and mind.
