Real chai from a mug and a microwave — for busy mornings and slow evenings
Twelve spices, selected tea leaves and red sugar, composed by Inspice in Kanazawa. Proper chai, made simply in a mug and a microwave. The kind of cup people call the best chai they've had.
A box of five, all in the classic flavour. It can be handed over just as it is, with no rewrapping — a favourite as a gift.
- A chai tea bag for brewing proper chai at home, simply.
- Serve it hot — or let it cool well and add ice for iced chai.
- Twelve selected spices — among them maqaw, tonka bean and timur — with tea leaves in a single pack. A flavour particular to Inspice Chai.
- Blended with red sugar, which sits well with chai.
- Built on Brooke Bond Taj Mahal Tea, the gold standard of Indian tea.
- One pack makes 220ml of chai.
- The tea bag is Soilon, a biomass material made from plant starch. Unlike ordinary tea bags it sheds no microplastics — gentler on the sea and on you.

毎朝、チャイを欠かさず飲んでいます
今まで飲んだチャイの中で最高に美味しい！私流の作り方は、まず小さなポットにティーバッグとお湯を少し入れて煮出してから、同量の牛乳をプラス。ひと煮立ちさせて少し蒸らすだけで出来上がりです。たまにシナモンパウダーを入れることも。いつもこの作り方です。
先にお湯で濃く出してから、同量のミルク。読みながら思わず唸りました。 茶葉もスパイスも、ミルクの中よりお湯のほうがよく出るので、 その手順にたどり着かれたのはさすがです。 シナモンを足す日があるというのも、いいですね。 毎朝の一杯に選んでいただけていること、何よりの励みになります。
