About Yomogi CHAInstant
Yomogi CHAInstant is a herbal chai: the twelve spices that shape Inspice Chai, with BLUMOGI's mugwort laid over them.
The clear green note of mugwort and the warmth of the spices meet without effort, and the finish stays quiet.
The materials
The twelve spices at the base of Inspice Chai — cassia, cardamom, maqaw, clove, fennel (Akunavi), ginger, tonka bean, star anise, Tellicherry black pepper, timur, nutmeg and coriander — with mugwort blended in.
The mugwort is BLUMOGI's, grown mainly in Yanbaru, Okinawa, without agricultural chemicals or synthetic fertiliser, following the rhythm of the season.
It is processed so that neither its scent nor its vitality as a plant is lost, which is why the aroma is so pure and the green note so clear. This material is the core of Yomogi CHAInstant.

The taste

What CHAInstant is
Inspice Chai is composed to hundredths of a gram: twelve spices and herbs with selected tea leaves, giving a depth you will find nowhere else. CHAInstant is that same cup, made reachable with nothing but a mug and a microwave.
Quick on a busy morning, or when you simply want to stop for a moment. One sip and the flavour opens out.
The ingredients are plant-based, plus rock salt. The tea bag is plant-derived too, and each one is made by hand.
Scent settles the body and the mind. We make this chai in the hope that it helps the day along — a cup that exists nowhere else.

飲む前は味が想像できませんでしたが、とても飲みやすく美味しいです。 チャイのスパイスもしっかり感じつつ、よもぎの独特な味は主張しすぎず、でもよもぎの爽やかな香りを感じられてリラックスできました。 気分によってまたリピートしたいです。

鼻から抜ける爽やかな香りが印象的。 思ったよりもよもぎ特有の青臭さはなかったです。 よもぎというより、タイ料理や漢方の野草の印象を受けました。 甘さも控えめなので、いろいろな料理と合いそう。 出張、多忙の睡眠不足、とても疲れた生理前に飲みました。 心を落ち着けたい時にぴったりだと思います。
