Golden CHAInstant lays the soft glow of turmeric and the roundness of vanilla over the layered aroma of Inspice Chai.

Turmeric sits at the centre of both scent and taste, which gives the cup its natural gold and its warm, unhurried drinking.

The materials

The twelve spices at the base of Inspice Chai — cassia, cardamom, maqaw, clove, fennel (Akunavi), ginger, tonka bean, star anise, Tellicherry black pepper, timur, nutmeg and coriander — with turmeric, vanilla bean, long pepper and additional cardamom blended in.

Golden CHAInstant uses more turmeric than turmeric drinks usually do. Not for colour: it is there to build the aroma, the taste and the sense of warmth.

Whole vanilla beans are used generously.

Not an artificial sweetness — the natural roundness and depth the bean itself carries, dissolving into the warmth of turmeric and bringing the golden flavour into agreement.

What CHAInstant is

Inspice Chai is composed to hundredths of a gram: twelve spices and herbs with selected tea leaves, giving a depth you will find nowhere else. CHAInstant is that same cup, made reachable with nothing but a mug and a microwave.

Quick on a busy morning, or when you simply want to stop for a moment. One sip and the flavour opens out.

The ingredients are plant-based, plus rock salt. The tea bag is plant-derived too, and each one is made by hand.
