About the shop
A shop of clothing and household goods that opened in Hamanogi, Matsue, in the summer of 2021. Its stated line is "the good things of all Japan, from Shimane". From clothing, food and home it gathers, from all over the country, things you might choose as a reward for yourself or as a gift for someone else. It also holds seasonal pop-ups inviting makers in, and at the end of 2024 Inspice was able to stand there too.
On the shelves now are all five numbers of Dish Symphony in the container-free form, the CHAInstant flavours and the spice packs for spice curry. In the cold season, the cocoa as well. One shop where Inspice can be met in San'in, far from Kanazawa.

This shop’s scent print
Each ring, from the inside out, is one of the Inspice series this shop carries. The gaps in the rings and the length of the ticks are different for every shop, so no two prints are alike. The needle at the centre points toward our flagship store in Higashiyama, Kanazawa.
