About the shop
名前の由来は「You Only Live Once」。小説家の原田マハさんが発起人となって生まれた、京都・烏丸の食のセレクトショップです。食のキュレーター「YOLOsグルマンズ」が日本各地の生産者と直接話して選んだ、食べる・飲む・読む・贈る・楽しむための品が並びます。
店の奥には、店内の品をその場で楽しめるカウンター「よろず止まり木」。Inspiceはディッシュ シンフォニーやCHAInstant、スパイスカレーのスパイスパックを扱っていただいていて、オンラインショップにはInspiceのチャイでつくるプリンのレシピも載っています。
