About the shop
小松の中心から車で15分ほど、田んぼの広がる長谷町にあるパン屋さんです。金沢の額谷で親しまれていたお店が、資材置き場だった建物を改装してこの地に移りました。倉庫のような建物の中に、食パン、クロワッサン、サンドイッチ、スコーン、焼き菓子まで、20〜30種類ほどが並びます。
素材の味を大切にした、毎日食べたくなるシンプルなパン。昼ごろに売り切れる日も多いので、早めの時間がおすすめです。お店ではInspiceのチャイを淹れて出しています。
