About this product
Dish is an all-purpose seasoning
Toss it through what you already cook, dust it over, knead it in. Simmer, steam, grill, shake it on at the end. Flavour turns everyday cooking into something worth sitting down for.
A seasoning made from 100% plant-derived ingredients, with no additives and no salt. Our flavourists build each blend to an exacting degree of precision, so that it brings a fresh note to a wide range of ingredients and dishes and carries their flavour further. Because there is no salt, it fits easily into everyday cooking — an all-purpose seasoning that lets you take up the knowledge of aroma that spices have built over a long time, simply and with pleasure.

A man walking through the forest caught a good smell carried on the wind. He looked closer, and saw smoke rising in the hills. Drawn by the aroma he went that way, and came to a mountain hut. In front of it an old man was cooking with unusual spices. This was what the wind through the forest had been carrying.
