About the shop
Straight out of the east exit of Kanazawa Station. A select food shop run by someone who worked as head chef at a local Italian restaurant. Bento made every morning from Omicho Market ingredients and Kaga vegetables, house-made burrata, bread delivered daily from a bakery in Noto. On the shelves are foods and seasonings chosen for their domestic provenance and for how they are grown.
"A product that carries what its grower intended is worth more than that" — that is how this shop thinks. Inspice is carried here as instant chai, beginning with CHAInstant.
