About the shop
On the first floor of Kanazawa Forus, right by Kanazawa Station. True to its name — mihon-ichi means trade fair — it is a select shop that gathers the goods of Ishikawa's companies and makers. More than 1,500 items, from crafts to food and sweets. The most prominent shelf changes with the season.
Foods and seasonings are set out so you can pick them up and look, and gift wrapping is available. A place to choose your Ishikawa souvenirs all in one go on the way home from a trip.

From Inspice
Inspice has been let onto a shelf where things made in Ishikawa stand side by side.
This shop’s scent print
Each ring, from the inside out, is one of the Inspice series this shop carries. The gaps in the rings and the length of the ticks are different for every shop, so no two prints are alike. The needle at the centre points toward our flagship store in Higashiyama, Kanazawa.
