About the shop
Our own shop, on a quiet lane just off the Higashi Chaya district. Inside a 100-year-old machiya townhouse that we renovated, you can check the aroma of every series for yourself — Chai, Spice Curry, Dish and the cocoa.
At the back, beyond the earthen-floored doma, there is a café: chai simmered with twelve spices, and the cocoa, high-cacao cocoa with spices. Sit down and take your time. You are welcome to come in with your suitcase.

Each ring, from the inside out, is one of the Inspice series this shop carries. The gaps in the rings and the length of the ticks are different for every shop, so no two prints are alike. The needle at the centre points toward our flagship store in Higashiyama, Kanazawa.
