How to Cook

Twenty minutes.

No measuring, nothing to memorise. Three steps, and that is all.

Fry

Fry the onion and whatever you like in oil until it toasts.

Add

Open the spice pack and tip it straight into the pan. The design — set to hundredths of a gram — rises here.

Simmer

Add water and give it about twenty minutes. No thickening; a plate that stays clear in its aroma.

Even the first time, it comes out as drawn. One box makes four servings, twice.

None of the symphonies uses the usual sources of heat (chilli, cayenne, chilli powder). They suit children and anyone who would rather avoid it. Add heat at the end if you want it — for a finishing heat, Hot Spice sits well.

以前、1のみ購入しました。レシピも豊富でスパイスも初めに使うもの、後から使うものでパッケージされており手軽に簡単かつ、美味しいスパイスカレーができました。まだ2は使っていませんが、3で作ったチキンカレーがオススメ！香りは辛いのかな？と思うのですが、辛くなく、スパイスの深みがあり、1とまた違った美味しさがあります。レシピも豊富なので、色々作りたいなと思います。
