The secret ingredients are

Those two, and that is all.

The depth and aroma cling to the ingredients and the noodles, and the smell alone will make you hungry. When you are wondering what to have for lunch, this comes together quickly, so do give it a try.

Ingredients (one serving)

  • Your yakisoba of choice: one serving
  • Whatever you like in your yakisoba: (thin-cut pork, sausage, onion, carrot and so on)
  • Dish 3: 1/2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tsp

Method

  1. Put whatever you like in your yakisoba into a frying pan with just a pinch of salt (not listed in the ingredients) and fry together.

  2. Once the vegetables and meat are cooked through, add 1 tsp of oyster sauce and 1/2 tsp of Dish 3, and fry together for about 30 seconds.

  3. Pour into the pan the amount of water given in the instructions on the yakisoba packet, bring it to the boil, then add the noodles. From there, add the powdered sauce sachet and anything else as the packet instructs, and it is ready.
