About the shop
A curated food shop in Tomizu, run by magazzino — the same team behind kanazawa food market in front of Kanazawa station. Their watchword is "a slightly better convenience store". Additive-free ingredients and seasonings chosen from all over Japan, natural wines and craft beers, bento and focaccia made in the shop every day, house-made burrata and terrines: all of it on shelves you can reach for without ceremony.
At the back of the shop there is an eat-in space, so the bento or the sweets you have just bought can be eaten on the spot. Inspice is there as CHAInstant and its flavours, and, in the cold season, the cocoa.
