Spice curry with children | No heat, so you can share it

Have you kept spice curry at arm's length because you picture it as hot? Inspice spice curry uses no chilli. It is built from aroma and the sweetness of its ingredients rather than heat, so you can gather round one pot with your children.
Spice is often taken to mean something harsh, but aromatic spices and pungent spices are different things. Take the chilli out, and spice curry becomes a gentle plate.
It is not hot because there is no chilli in it
The sting in a curry comes almost entirely from chilli. Inspice uses none of it across the whole Symphony range. The aroma is rich, and yet the tongue does not smart. Sharing with a small child is no worry.
The sweetness of the ingredients is what gets children eating
The sweetness of well-fried onion and tomato, the roundness of dairy. With no heat in the way, the “delicious” of the ingredients arrives straight. Add kabocha squash, sweet potato or pulses and it becomes easier still to eat.
Adults can add more spice afterwards
Any adult who wants more can add black pepper, or whichever chilli they like, just before eating. From one pot, a child's plate and an adult's plate go their separate ways. Everyone's own “just right”, at the same table.
Time spent around one pot
There is no need to cook separate meals because it is too hot for someone. A curry that fills you with aroma can be shared across generations. Days that are fun, glad and good to eat, with the whole family.
