Inspice Kanazawa, the first shop run by Inspice itself, opens in the Higashi Chaya District of Higashiyama, Kanazawa, on Saturday 1 October 2022.

Inspice Kanazawa is our own shop with a cafe attached, and the place from which the brand speaks: through aromatic seasonings, it sets out to inspire a life with balance in the times we live in.

The building is a 100-year-old machiya townhouse, modernised inside, standing in the Higashi Chaya District of Kanazawa, an old city where tradition and change meet. It holds a shop area where you can browse while taking in the aromas and the qualities of the spices, and a cafe area serving drinks such as chai and herbal teas.
We want it to be a place that people from the neighbourhood, and people from all over the world, can drop into easily, and where fun, glad, delicious days begin.

The CAFE area

In the cafe beside the shop you can shop while enjoying freshly made drinks, Inspice Chai among them, and baked sweets.
