About the HotBoost CHAInstant flavour
Black pepper and chilli together, lighting heat from the core. A sharp edge that fills you as you drink. A cup for cold days, or when you need charging.
The blend
The twelve spices at the base of Inspice Chai — cassia, cardamom, maqaw, clove, fennel (Akunavi), ginger, tonka bean, star anise, Tellicherry black pepper, timur, nutmeg and coriander — with Espelette chilli from the French Basque country and a hotter black pepper blended in, plus more ginger and nutmeg.
What CHAInstant is
Inspice Chai is composed to hundredths of a gram: twelve spices and herbs with selected tea leaves, giving a depth you will find nowhere else. CHAInstant is that same cup, made reachable with nothing but a mug and a microwave.
Quick on a busy morning, or when you simply want to stop for a moment. One sip and the flavour opens out.
The ingredients are plant-based, plus rock salt. The tea bag is plant-derived too, and each one is made by hand.
Scent settles the body and the mind. We make this chai in the hope that it helps the day along — a cup that exists nowhere else.

寒い季節に嬉しい、体が温まるチャイです。大好きでリピート買いさせていただいております。 現在、ミントチャイは売り切れになっていますが、冬の間は再販されないのでしょうか 暖房の効いた室内でミントチャイもいただきたいと思っています。

辛いだけじゃないおいしさ
私にとっては新しいおいしさの発見でした。 唐辛子入りのチャイは初めてで、カプサイシン効果？で温まるのかも？だけど肝心のお味はどうなの？と以前から気になってはいたのですが。杞憂でした。 辛い？かと言えば辛い、というか喉にカァッと来て舌に来るのとはちょっと違う感覚で、じんわりそれぞれのスパイスが顔を出す。 最初はレンジで、と思ったのですがパックを開けた時に、失礼ながら、さすが、スパイス屋さんだけのことはあるなぁ、って一見で納得。 レンジでは勿体無いと思い、結局、鍋で煮出していただきました。 2袋目は水もミルクも多めに茶葉と生姜、シナモンを足して、我が家流にアレンジしていただきました。 辛い、という先入観で避けていたら、このおいしさに出会えてなかったかも。 火鍋とか辛さの中にある滋味な甘さみたいな風味が好きな方なら、ミルクと合わさることで美味しくなるこのスパイシーなチャイも、きっとお好きなテイストではないかと思います。 唐辛子の辛いからこそ、のおいしさは大人になってからわかるものなのかも。 スパイスココアを先にいただいていたので、絶対に美味しいはずだと思って今回いただいてみましたが、新発見な美味しさでした。 お茶屋さんのものとは違う、というかスパイス屋さんが創るとこうなるか、というのがとても納得できるチャイでした。万人向けではないかもですが、好きな方なら普通のチャイが物足りなく感じる様になるかも。 色々アレンジして好きな濃さ、味に調整できる時間に余裕がある時、小鍋で煮出す時間は寒い朝にささやかな幸せを感じる時間かも。喉に来る、あのちょっとした刺激的なあったかいおいしさが待ち遠しくてめんどくさいとも思わなくなりました。 逆にレンジで一杯で終わるとこのスパイスが勿体無い、と思うのは昭和の還暦だからなのかもですが。 スパイスココアをお好きな方は、こちらも是非、お試ししていただきたいです。

スパイスが効いていて程よい濃さで美味しいです。チャイを淹れた後のスパイスはクッキーに利用しました。辛すぎるかなと心配しましたが、小学生の子供も美味しいと言っていました。冬の間に再購入したいと思います。
