Where we ship

Within Japan only. We are not able to ship overseas at this time. Everything is available to buy in person at our shop in Kanazawa.

A flat ¥500 (incl. tax) anywhere in Japan
Free on orders of ¥1,000 (incl. tax) or more, per order.

We are not able to accept requests for a specific delivery date or time. Please order with this in mind.
Dispatch times vary by product; please check the product page.
If you need a particular delivery slot, we send a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched — please contact the carrier directly.

Each order can be sent to one address only.
To send to more than one address, please place a separate order for each.

We email a tracking number and a link once your order has been dispatched. The status may take some time to update.

We take great care over delivery. If anything is wrong with an item when it reaches you, please contact us.
